What data we collect
When you contact us
If you email or phone us, we receive the information you choose to give us: usually your name, company, job title, email address, phone number and the content of your message, including any drawings or documents you attach.
When you visit this website
This website has no contact forms, user accounts or analytics, it does not set cookies, and it loads nothing from third-party services.
- Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when a page is requested: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser and device type. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use your data
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotes, and to take steps you request before entering into a contract with us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To manage our business relationship with customers, suppliers and partners, which is in our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the website secure and working, also our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting and contract records (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above:
- service providers who host our website, email and IT systems, acting on our instructions under data processing agreements;
- professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary;
- public authorities, where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by an EU adequacy decision or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and any business relationship that follows. Where correspondence forms part of a contract or accounting records, we keep it for the periods required by Lithuanian law. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period and then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased, in certain circumstances;
- restrict how we use your data, in certain circumstances;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive data you provided to us in a portable format, in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@skyco.aero. There is no charge. We will reply within one month; if a request is complex, we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you why.

This website links to other sites, including LinkedIn and cabintrack.aero. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
